What are you working on now?
Have several articles on the go, mostly in Mexico since we winter there from Canada.

What has been your proudest writing, photography, or import/export moment?
Seeing my name in print and realizing my work was accepted for its value.

Please give us an example of how your life has changed since becoming a travel writer, photographer, or import-exporter.
Whenever I travel now, or even around my home area, my eyes and ears are tuned to possible interesting travel articles.

What success tip would you like to share with your fellow AWAI members?
One of the best tips is one that AWAI emphasizes time and time again: study the market so you are pitching an idea and/or article to the right one. Another tip: wherever you go, whether it's to the local library for a special event or winging your way to an exotic locale, keep your senses alive and be ready with pen and/or camera when you see a photo or travel opportunity.

When did you realize you were living the writer’s or photographer’s life?
The life has always been with me but not always have I had the time to pursue it. It's still not full time but the life beckons when I see my work in print.
